The free AI Notice Kit badge and free checker do not require a paid account. Paid LaunchTrust subscriptions are managed through the checkout and merchant-of-record flow.
Current status
LaunchTrust offers self-serve app-count subscriptions through Lemon Squeezy. Plan details, trial language and current prices are shown on the pricing page before checkout.
Free tools
The AI Notice Kit badge and free checker are free to use. Because they do not require payment, there is no refund process for those free tools.
Billing questions
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, email hello@launchtrust.co with the receipt, payment provider reference, and the email address used at checkout. We will investigate and, where appropriate, help route the refund or cancellation through the payment provider.
Payment provider
Payments may be handled by Lemon Squeezy or another merchant-of-record or platform provider. The provider may manage card processing, invoices, tax, refunds, chargebacks, and cancellation mechanics. Provider terms may also apply.
Cancellations
Cancellation should stop future renewals after the active billing period. Access, export windows, and retention terms are described in the paid dashboard or support flow.
Refund requests
Refund handling depends on the provider, plan, billing period, local consumer rules, and whether the service has already been delivered. Email support if you need help finding the correct billing flow.
