Who operates LaunchTrust

LaunchTrust is operated by Erek Studio, a solo software studio based in Türkiye. AI Notice Kit is the AI-disclosure module inside LaunchTrust.

What the service does

The free site provides a local AI notice checker and browser-only badge snippet. Paid plans provide passive public-surface scans, market-aware rule mapping, monitoring alerts, and signed evidence records for public pages, DNS records, headers, app-store pages, policy links, and visible bundles.

Not legal advice

LaunchTrust can help identify review signals and organize evidence. It does not decide your legal obligations, replace counsel, or guarantee platform approval, marketplace approval, regulator acceptance, customer acceptance, or absence of risk.

Acceptable use

Use LaunchTrust only on public URLs, public app-store listings, public DNS records, and public files that you own, control, or are clearly authorized to review. Do not submit private dashboards, unpublished pages, credentials, tokens, private user content, customer records, confidential legal material, or systems that you do not have permission to test.

Passive checks only

LaunchTrust is designed for passive public checks. It does not promise penetration testing, vulnerability exploitation, credentialed crawling, password guessing, or intrusive security testing. Any deeper security work would require a separate authorization process.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the URLs, records, files, and statements you submit, for reviewing the findings, and for deciding what changes to make. If a finding affects a legal, security, consumer, privacy, or platform-review decision, confirm it with the appropriate professional or owner before relying on it.

Availability and changes

The public site, dashboard, free badge, scan modules and monitoring behavior may change as the product evolves. Material paid-plan changes will be reflected on the pricing page or in the dashboard before they affect an active subscription.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy or another merchant-of-record or app-platform payment provider. That provider may handle taxes, invoices, card processing, subscription management and payment disputes. Do not send card details to Erek Studio by email.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is and as available. We aim to keep findings clear and sourced, but public-surface scans can miss issues, produce false positives, see temporary network states, or reflect third-party pages outside our control.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Erek Studio is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, launch delays, store-review outcomes, security incidents, or business interruption arising from use of LaunchTrust.
